Et si j&rsquo;aime m&rsquo;offrir <a title=\"Burger P\u00e8re Claude\" href=\"https:\/\/www.deedeeparis.com\/blog\/burger-du-comptoir-de-lepicerie-du-pere-claude\" target=\"_blank\">un bon burger<\/a> de temps en temps, le genre me lasse tr\u00e8s rapidement.\u00a0Je trouve ce plat particuli\u00e8rement peu raffin\u00e9 et plut\u00f4t \u00e9touffant. En mode BAM, paye ton poids sur l&rsquo;estomac. Et puis, cette manie qu&rsquo;ont les restaurants d&rsquo;ajouter syst\u00e9matiquement un burger \u00e0 leur carte me d\u00e9prime un peu. Non, le burger n&rsquo;est pas une fatalit\u00e9. Oui, faire un bon burger, \u00e7a ne s&rsquo;improvise pas. Et \u00e7a n&rsquo;est certainement pas donn\u00e9 \u00e0 tout le monde.<\/p>\n<p>Raison pour laquelle j&rsquo;\u00e9tais assez excit\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de d\u00e9couvrir la carte de burgers compos\u00e9e par Cristian de <a title=\"Fast and food\" href=\"http:\/\/www.fastandfood.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fast and Food<\/a>. On ne pr\u00e9sente plus cet expert en street food, en particulier&#8230; le burger, vous l&rsquo;aurez compris ! Cristian s&rsquo;est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 Jimmy Desrivi\u00e8res, le chef de la Coquette, le restaurant du W ouvert en mars dernier, et \u00e0 <a title=\"Gontran Cherrier\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gontrancherrierboulanger.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Gontran Cherrier<\/a>, que je ne vous ferai pas l&rsquo;insulte de pr\u00e9senter lui non plus. A 6 mains, les 3 comp\u00e8res ont imagin\u00e9 et compos\u00e9 une carte de 5 burgers. Celui de Gontran Cherrier. Moelleux, savoureux, bio, chaque bun est pens\u00e9 diff\u00e9remment pour accompagner au mieux chacun des burgers.<\/p>\n<p>Ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence va ind\u00e9niablement au pain au jus de roquette et grains de courge qui accompagne le Roquette.\u00a0Mention sp\u00e9ciale aussi pour le bun \u00e0 l&rsquo;encre de seiche qui donne au burger cette couleure noire que je n&rsquo;avais vu que chez <a title=\"Burger\" href=\"https:\/\/www.deedeeparis.com\/blog\/burger-du-comptoir-de-lepicerie-du-pere-claude\" target=\"_blank\">Wagy&rsquo;s<\/a>, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Les burgers<\/h4>\n<p>Il y en a donc 5.\u00a0Tous sont extraordinairement savoureux et int\u00e9ressants, gastronomiquement parlant. Boeuf bio black Angus, Comt\u00e9, steak de caviar d&rsquo;aubergine, langoustine&#8230; Chaque ingr\u00e9dient est choisi et mari\u00e9 avec un soin quasi religieux. ind\u00e9niablement le hamburger v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien. D\u00e9j\u00e0, parce que je n&rsquo;aurais pas devin\u00e9 une seule seconde qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agissait d&rsquo;un burger v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien. Ce qui est globalement un bon point. Mais aussi parce que je c\u00f4toie quelques v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens qui souffrent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de ne pouvoir trouver des pistes dignes de ce nom. Il fond sous la langue et se marie divinement bien avec la mozzarella di Buffala. Les c\u00e8pes cr\u00e9ent la surprise et r\u00e9veillent ce qui aurait pu \u00eatre un burger un peu plat en terme de saveur, peut-\u00eatre, autrement. De quoi mettre tout le monde d&rsquo;accord !<\/p>\n<h4>On fait le bilan ?<\/h4>\n<p>Ultra savoureux, diff\u00e9rents, <strong>ces burgers l\u00e0 sont assur\u00e9ment d\u00e9licieux<\/strong>. Ils repr\u00e9sentent aussi les <strong>premiers burgers gastronomiques,<\/strong> \u00e9labor\u00e9s par une team \u00e0 la pointe de la StreetFood et de la Food tout court. Les aliments sont bio.<\/p>\n<p>Bonne id\u00e9e, celle de <strong>lancer un burger en \u00e9dition limit\u00e9e chaque mois jusqu&rsquo;en mars<\/strong>, en plus des deux burgers (le Roquette et le Classico) que l&rsquo;on trouvera par d\u00e9faut \u00e0 la carte.<\/p>\n<p>Raisons pour lesquelles&#8230;<strong> ils sont chers.
